Boxercise improves your Mental Agility and Decision-making Skills
Dodo Club is introducing boxercise to our new sports disciplines as it is a great cardio, will help you burn lots of calories, improve your coordination while reducing anxiety and stress in these testing times. You will also feel more confident.
As does our other sport of Gymnastics, boxercise will seriously improve balance, reaction time, body strength, and overall agility. In our boxercise workout, our experienced coach will focus your energy and the mind will be stimulated, improving mental agility and decision-making skills in real life.Â
Our open-air sessions in the park will start this autumn once we have registered twenty participants. They will be delivered by Level 3 qualified Lifetime Personal Trainer and Bootcamp Circuit/Boxercise/Spin Instructor Jean Harripaul, who also happens to be a great song writer and singer. Depending on uptake, classes will be run weekly, fortnightly, or monthly on Sunday mornings in Broomfield Park, Palmers Green. You will need to invest in a pair of light boxing gloves and pads, quite cheap on the market.Â
