From a British-Mauritian Heartbeat to a Truly Global Soul
Dodo Clubâs humble aim is to bring families and diverse communities together through sport.
Founded by Faz Hyda over three decades ago, the club started out as a football club with a British Mauritian heartbeat but which had a truly global soul.
From these simple origins of a kickabout in a park in North London, Dodo Club gradually grew in a different way to most football clubs whilst remaining strictly non-league.
An academy to ensure children develop teamwork and other life skills...
We continue to recruit by attitude and values rather than playing ability, we are bringing back an academy to ensure children develop teamwork and other life skills and we will again organize events like family football trips to Brighton and France as well as our exciting internal flagship tournament, Dodo Cup.
We are now embarking on the next leg of our journey with you and your family.
Get in touch, come and make friends, have some fun and while you are at it, get fit as we begin to introduce other sports.
With this new website, a new chapter starts and we would love to create something special with you and for you.
